At Hartland we are able to build and supply a superb range of delivery broughams.  Different styles for different turnouts.

Built on totally traditional lines these are virtually indistinguishable from originals and as such have had huge success in the show ring.  Many companies also use these on a daily basis to deliver goods locally, whilst advertising and promoting their companies in the most delightful way.  What an eyeful one of these carriages is trotting down the high street!  There is surely no better way then bringing your business to the public eye!!

We can build these broughams for single and or pair/team use.  They have double front seats with drivers box cushion.  A spares compartment is under the front seat.

If for single they are supplied with a beautiful set of wooden swan neck shafts with traditional furniture.

Poles are supplied with pair/team pole heads.

Most customers opt for a luggage rail around the roof of the vehicle, with wooden luggage slats on top of the roof.  Double rear doors open up and the vehicles are either open bodied or have sets of shelves.  Additional hooks can be provided internally and under the vehicle.  Louvres in sides and rear doors are also options.

Wooden wheels have rubber tyres or are iron shod.  Brakes are either traditional block brakes and pull on handle with or without a foot pedal, or for every day use we fit disc brakes.  The choice is the customers.
