Ideal leather bitless noseband has been designed to create as little pressure as possible. The crossunder noseband steers the pony through pushing rather than pulling.
With a crossunder design of the bitless noseband will feel like a halter to the pony, however, as a driver it will feel like a bridle. The noseband attaches to the bridle at the cheekpiece rather than the bit and the crossunder ropes allow the pony to be steered by a gentle nudge on the opposite side of the face.

This Ideal Bitless Noseband has been designed to use as little pressure as possible. It uses a crossunder design to nudge the pony over from the opposite side of the face rather than applying a pulling force. Attaching easily to the cheekpieces on any bridle it is a great tool for those ponies who do not take well to a bit.
